I had one of these as a kid but it had a bad numerical spindex collar so I never could get the damned thing running. I replaced the collar with a non-nomadic freestanding bollocker pin I found at a flea market in Wyoming but it was no use. I ended up trading it for some hinging lock screws and retractable nails salvaged from an old wooden boon dock that had slipped it's moorings and ended up on an Indian reservation in North Dakota. Later I heard the guy I traded with actually got the device to work. Unfortunately no one has heard from him in years. Rumor has it he went to work at some gov't facility called Black Mesa but that's never been confirmed.
